CleanCircle is operated from Colorado, USA.
These Terms govern your use of CleanCircle. By creating or continuing to use an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CleanCircle.
CleanCircle is a peer-support and recovery community. It is not a medical provider, treatment program, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice. Coaches are not automatically licensed healthcare professionals merely because they appear on CleanCircle.
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency service. A relapse alert, chat message, circle, or coach request may not receive an immediate response.
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade a suspension, or access another member's account without permission.
Treat other members with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, scams, doxxing, spam, dangerous instructions, attempts to manipulate community voting, and other conduct that puts members or the platform at risk are prohibited. We may hide content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the community.
You keep ownership of content you create. You give CleanCircle the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, moderate, and back up that content so the service can operate. Only share content you have the right to share, and remember that community posts, shared check-ins, profile information, chats, or voice notes may contain sensitive personal information.
Coaches provide services independently. CleanCircle may review applications or credentials, but does not guarantee a coach's qualifications, availability, results, advice, or fit for a particular member. Members choose whether to book or continue with a coach.
Paid sessions, subscriptions, tips, and other purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. Prices and fees are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, completed purchases are generally non-refundable, but suspected duplicate charges or technical billing errors may be reviewed if you contact us promptly.
Scholarship availability, amounts, voting, and awards may change and are not guaranteed. We may remove fraudulent or duplicate votes and may review awards for abuse or eligibility issues before payment.
If you enable push, email, or SMS notifications, CleanCircle may send service-related messages such as direct-message alerts, booking reminders, community activity, or relapse-support alerts. Message frequency varies. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to SMS. You can change notification preferences in Settings and may opt out of SMS as described in the messages you receive.
CleanCircle relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, chat, payments, video, email, push notifications, SMS, calendar connections, analytics, and other infrastructure. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
You may request account deletion through Settings. We may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, accounting, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or serious safety or security concerns.
CleanCircle is provided on an "as available" basis. Beta features may change, fail, or be removed. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, specific recovery outcomes, immediate responses, or that every piece of user-generated content is accurate or appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CleanCircle and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, interactions with other users or coaches, or reliance on user-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. When a material update requires renewed acceptance, CleanCircle may ask you to review and accept the new version before continuing.
